A few questions
Hi guys, I found out about this guild through mmo-champion and I must say it seems to be an absolutely amazing idea.
However I have a few questions, say for example while everyone is leveling through dungeons with one another in their own five man team. What happens if one player can not get online that week or their playtimes are sporadic? Do they miss the content and level up through quests on their own or do the team they are with wait for them to come back.
Question 2: If everyone is leveling through a five man team, will every night be similar to a raid night in which people must come on at a certain time and finish at a certain time?
Question 3: If for example I choose to be a healing spec and then found that at level thirty I absolutely hated healing, can I change my spec to something else?
Final question: I can see this project lasting a couple of years and perhaps the whole time that WoW is still the premium mmorpg. If people leave due to the project lasting a long time, how are we going to replace them as many players are more interested in racing to 85 and then doing current content.
Thanks for reading

Re: A few questions
Hi Bashii
Nice to have you here. I can give you a few answers, and I think Albin will say something more on this when he comes online.
1: Depends on how long the person is missing. If we know when people are on holidays for example, we can find a solution. For example quetsing together with 4 people or use the dungeonfinder to finde a fifth one, whereas the one person will have to quest or run dungeons on their own. Depends on how long they are away.
If someone leaves completely or is away longer without telling when he'll be back we'll have to replace.
2: No. The groups can discuss among themeselves when and how long they all have time to play. So basically, if it fits everyone you could also do a session starting at 3am or lasting for 6 hours. That's up to the groups themselves.
3: You can change whenever you want to. How we rotate groups then will be discussed in detail when it happens.
4: We're not recruiting only now. Threads will be up throughout the whole project and I am very sure that there will be people who also want to join halfway through. I don't really se a problem there, honestly.
If you have anymore questions feel free to join the chat anytime!
Hope this could help.
Yours sincerely,
Ashkuri

Re: A few questions
Hello, Bashii!
I will try to go a little further into the questions now.
1. If a person is missing, it's up to the group to solve. Either they can queue up as 4players and find a random, quest together, cancle the event or wait to the last player to show up.
If the groups decision was to keep on leveling without out the fifth player. Will the fifth player have to get to the same level as the others in the group until next leveling-session.(so the group don't get even more slowed down) If a groupmember has told the group and a officer/guildleader that he will be gone for a while, can we solve that on one way or another.
2. The group will choose their own leveling-sessions and will themselves decide when they start and finish.
3. That can be solved by changing group with someone else or change role with others within the group.
4. When the guild is up and running, are we going to recruit people in small portions and if needed have to guilds.(only if we grow so many that we can't solve the raiding system with anything else than going 30-30 in the guilds or similar to that)
I hope this answered on your questions and you can always come back and ask for more help.
